Part-time Temporary Attorney The candidate will provide 30-minute phone consultations to subscribers of a legal services plan covering the State of West Virginia, in the following areas of law: small business/corporate; entity formation and start-up issues; basic intellectual property questions (copyright and trademark); wills, trusts and estates; divorce, family law, child custody; and general contracts advice. Must be admitted to the Virginia Bar, in good standing with no disciplinary history, and have 1+ year of legal experience.
