Paralegal The candidate work for Estate Planning and Trust Administration. Manage case files and support estate planning and asset protection attorneys. Draft and format, edit and proofread documents with attention to detail. Prepare correspondence. Communicate with clients as needed. File organization and maintenance within Firm standards. Should have 3 years of recent relevant experience. Experience with estate planning or contract law preferred. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe. Mac experience a plus. Excellent organizational skills are critical. Should have strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with diverse attorneys, staff, and clients. Must possess the ability to provide information with courtesy and tact while safeguarding confidentiality. Excellent grammar, proofreading, and English composition skills are also essential.
