Personal Injury Associate Attorney The candidate will follow practices and processes that comply with appropriate laws and regulations and serve the needs of our clients. This includes a commitment to a process of continuous improvement. Comply with company policies and procedures. Provide extensive client contact. Conduct legal research. Write litigation documents effectively and correctly. Attend various deposition hearings. Balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Embrace all technology available through the firm. Prepare and review written correspondence including litigation documents. Provide direction to legal assistants and paralegals. Perform other duties within the employee's training and skills as directed by management. Supervise other attorneys, legal assistants/paralegals, or legal interns. The candidate should have License to practice law in Rhode Island. License to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut a plus. Must have 1 year of Personal Injury experience. Should preferably have 1 year of litigation experience. Display true passion for clients and community service. Ability to professionally multitask and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously. Display eagerness to learn each and every day. Provide dependability and trustworthiness. Possess a desire for accuracy. Respectful toward clients and coworkers. Demonstrates ability to work and communicate professionally, verbally and in written form with clients. Ability to work independently without regular direct supervision. Confident personality with a high level of customer service skills. Should preferably know Spanish. Should have Bar license.
