Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will assist in the preparation of personal injury claims, including discovery and settlements. Provide legal support to the personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff. Assist with drafting, reviewing and filing of claims for all types including medical records, motions, discovery and settlement documents. Prepare case files from various sources only to court dockets, trial papers, jury trials, hearings and arbitration proceedings. Maintain client confidentiality through proper documentation and maintain good working relationships with clients, lawyers and insurance companies. Should have a High school or equivalent. Must have excellent communication skills with both attorneys and clients as well as strong organizational skills. Should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Must be fluent in Spanish.
