Managing Attorney Responsibilities: Will work with clients to develop overall litigation strategy and will be required to draft, review, and file any necessary motions, memorandums, discovery, etc., during the course of litigation. May be required to prepare for trials/arbitrations as necessary for the firm. Communicate and negotiate with consumers, consumer's employers, and consumer's attorneys as necessary to resolve accounts/suits. Will occasionally be required to prepare for and attend, court appearances in Florida. Ensure are able to timely and reliably appear at the given courthouse. May need to travel overnight for certain locations. Review all incoming correspondence received from Defendants and Attorneys to ensure actions are tasked as necessary to appropriate legal staff for handling. Review all new and ongoing legal pleadings, discovery and other documents to ensure accuracy for filing with respective courts. Requirements: Licensed in good standing with the Florida Bar. 3+ years experience. Comfortable appearing in court and the ability to appear on time consistently using own method of transportation. Multi-tasking and strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for a high volume case load.
