Associate Attorney-Personal Injury The candidate will provide expert legal analysis and arrive at practical solutions for clients. Possess strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Meet regularly and communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity in motions practice, briefs, and depositions and demonstrated experience with trials and hearings. Conduct effective legal research and draft pertinent legal documents. Work effectively with case-related personnel including expert and lay witnesses, judges, opposing counsel and other professionals in the judicial system. Maintain all case files and materials. The candidate should have graduate of accredited law school, licensed to practice and in good standing in Missouri. Should have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Should be emotionally mature, and resistant to stress. Should have ability to work in a technology-driven productivity environment, including using computers, smart phones, office productivity software, Internet-based legal databases (e.g. Westlaw), and legal practice management systems. 2+ years of experience in personal injury is preferred. Should have familiarity with Needles. Must have first Chair Jury Trial Experience. Should be licensed to Practice and in good standing in Arkansas.
