Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have trial experience. Efficiently manage cases in a volume practice. Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, mediations and trials. Provide clients with status reports regarding pending cases. Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, orders, and subpoenas. Prepare cases for trial, attend bench trials either remotely or in-person. Be willing to travel as needed. Should have Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school. Florida Bar Member in good standing is required. Must have litigation experience.
