Part-time Medicaid / Elder Law / Probate Paralegal The candidate will obtain and review client financial information to provide Medicaid spend-down planning and assist with Medicaid Applications. Prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Probate documents. Must have Bachelor's degree. Should have 5+ years of experience. Previous Medicaid Application experience is required. Experience preparing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and probate documents is preferred. Note: This is a contract role.
