Salary and Benefits This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k, and paid time off. ## Intake Attorney at Law Firm Law Firm is currently seeking an Attorney to work within our Intake function. As our Intake Attorney you will Investigate and develop cases by working with our incoming call team and direct contact with Potential New Clients (PNCs). You must be able to work independently, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You will work within an environment that requires an elevated level of personal integrity, client confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards. ### Essential Job Functions - Work with intake team members to navigate legal questions - Oversee escalated attorney requested calls - Respond to potential client emails, phone calls and text messages - Conduct fact finding phone interviews with potential clients - Evaluate claims - Contracting (Sign-up) clients - Review client agreements with PNCs ### Required Qualifications - Juris Doctorate from an ABA credited law school - At least one (1) year of experience as a practicing attorney - Current Law License - Excellent verbal and written communication skills ### Preferred Qualifications - Sales Experience - Experience with mass tort claims - Experience with Case Management Software - Bilingual (English and Spanish), a plus, but not required ### Salary and Benefits This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
