Real Estate Closing Paralegal The candidate will have assistance with residential real estate transactions, including but not limited to working with attorneys, buyers, lenders, and realtors. Must have a thorough understanding of running and reviewing/analyzing title. Experience will include residential real estate closings, preparation of pre-closing and post-closing packages, including but not limited to settlement statement, closing disclosure. Should have previous experience handling real estate closings transactions from start to finish, and knowledge of DoubleTime real estate software. Knowledge of ATIDS is required.
