Mass Torts Paralegal The candidate will make/receive 25 plus calls per day to/from clients and medical providers. Resolve client questions, provide case status updates, and document communications. Follow up with clients via telephone, e-mail, and regular mail. Medical records review for pharmaceutical and medical device cases. Data entry (utilizing Legal Case Management Software). Prepare and file complaints via Electronic Case Filing. Prepare and submit Plaintiff Fact Sheets/Plaintiff Profile Forms electronically. Related work experience within a legal, medical, or insurance field preferred. College degree is preferred. Strong computer and keyboarding skills with working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook). Must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to professionally interact with clients.
