Contract Attorney Candidate will assist with a demanding caseload. Preparing a wide variety of pleadings in divorce, custody, adoption, and guardianship cases. Conducting research on various subjects. Tracking and billing time. Interacting with clients to collect necessary paperwork and evidence. Qualifications: Must have at least some experience working in the area of family law. Have some experience in family law. Be familiar with all aspects of family law including divorce and custody litigation. Excellent grammar, writing, and computer skills. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with co-workers and emotionally distressed clients.
