Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 1+ year of experience in a Plaintiff's Personal Injury office. Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars, Response to Demands, Requests for Judicial Intervention, Notes of Issue, and others. Other duties entail answering the telephone, word processing, and data entry into our case management system - CloudLex. Must have a four year college diploma (BA/BS) or a 2 year paralegal degree; and 1+ year of experience in a Plaintiff's Personal Injury office.
