Entry-level Paralegal The candidate will research laws and apply them to facts of clients' cases. Will draft, construct and review clients' legal documents to be filed with the courts and appropriate immigration agencies. Monitor case progress from start to completion. Do case follow-ups with clients. Prepare case correspondences for filing with the court, immigration agencies, opposing counsel and other parties. Gather case facts and data useful to negotiating settlements. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Should have a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or in the Arts and Social Sciences. Knowledge and experience in computer hard and software for legal research and document preparation essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
