Attorney The candidate will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of agreements, and manage all aspects of litigation fro, the pleading phase of trial. Attending Mediations, Take depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts, Interface with clients about discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and other case-related work, Perform legal research on a wide range of legal matters, Make court appearances, attend hearings, and depositions. Report to clients and comply with all relevant guidelines. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA), State bar certification in Florida, Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Litigation. Extremely detail oriented with ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and project management skills are required. Experience conducting and defending depositions, Experience with motion drafting, Experience with propounding and responding to written discovery, Experience with client relations, Hourly Billing experience are required. Must have a background from the state attorney or public defender's office wishing to move into the civil litigation field are welcome to apply. will handle Construction Defect, General Liability, Auto, Premises, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death matters. Must have the Florida Bar License and be eligible to practice law in good standing.
