Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate will schedule depositions and/or other meetings with clients, witnesses, experts, opposing counsel, court reports, and others. Will prepare draft discovery documents. Assist attorney in any administrative duties ie all travel arrangements and/or other necessary needs. Knowledge of document filing with various courts and be comfortable with E-Filing. Great communication skills, be tactful and professional with clients. Demonstrates organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. Should have 3+ of experience. Must be able to work independently when needed Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Must be handle all cases from beginning to end. Should be knowledgeable in trial preparation.
