Family Law Attorney The candidate Should have 2 years of experience to manage a variety of family law cases from beginning to end. This may include providing legal advice to clients, appearing in court, preparing family law legal documents, and making appropriate decisions in the cases assigned or as directed. Will be responsible for managing a Family Law case load of litigation and/or mediation cases with no conflict to medium conflict through the firm's internal cooperative process in a collaborative team environment. Must be California Bar admitted and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment. Must be familiar with all the relevant Family Code, Code of Civil Procedure and Evidence Code. It is imperative that the candidate is experienced in and capable of appearing in court, completing and/or delegating tasks to completion, performing appropriate legal research, and executing on a knowledge of deadlines and timelines both statutory and through the court.
