Experienced Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have experience and knowledge of the preparation of discovery responses and objections, summarization of medical and other types of records, preparation of medical chronologies, should have ability to assist with large document production, ability to utilize Adobe/Abbyy for electronic production issues and other such litigation paralegal tasks. Must have proven ability to properly capture time and bill according to client guidelines is necessary. Only those with the experience and abilities listed above that are Certified through a paralegal program, NALA or are a Florida Registered paralegal should apply.
