Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate should have minimum 3 years experience in defense. Must have BA degree and/or Certificate of Paralegal Studies from a 2 year program. Will initial breakdown and organization of files, all aspects of discovery, medical summaries and chronologies, witness and records log, daily billing of time. Should have knowledge of construction defect also a plus. Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Word. Must possess excellent writing skills.
