Junior Legal Associate The candidate will handle no-fault and insurance defense matters. Membership in the NY State Bar is required. Should have an excellent academic background. Should preferably also have a general knowledge of No-Fault laws and regulations. Responsibilities will include: managing a heavy case load from inception through to trial - specifically, drafting pleadings, heavy motion practice, conducting Examinations Under Oath, Arbitrations, court appearances, etc.
