Family Law Associate Attorney The candidate should have courtroom experience, be willing to travel to outlining county courthouses, have excellent communication skills, be prepared to interview potential new clients, has worked in Family Law, know how to do electronic filings in all surrounding counties. Should have 2 years of experience. Is knowledgeable on writing motions and speaking with clients on the phone. Understands the billing process and accounts for it daily. Knowledge of Civil Litigation is also a plus.
