Associate Attorney The candidate will work for governmental practice area. Will handle local governmental matters, including civil litigation and motions practice on behalf of public entities in state and federal court, as well as procurement and employment matters. Also devote some time to representation of plaintiffs in personal injury cases, the firm's primary practice area. Experience in local government practice is preferred. 2+ years of practice, including litigation experience, strongly preferred. Provide legal support to clients and assist senior attorneys. Maintain client relationships. Prepare legal pleadings, briefs, and documents. Should have J.D. Georgia Bar license in good standing is required.
