Immigration Attorney The candidate will work closely with a partner to manage a large case load and provide high-quality legal services to our clients. Appear before EOIR as needed. Attending interviews at the USCIS local office as needed. Conducting Bond hearings as needed. Researching and drafting legal documents. General case management and oversight. Appear before various governmental agencies. Organizing and maintaining cases and documents. Overseeing and monitoring important case developments and dates. Preparing immigration forms and supporting documentation. Preparing client, agency, and court correspondence. Keeping clients informed on the status of their case and assisting in management of client expectations. Should be Member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing. Should have Courtroom experience. Should have 3+ years experience with immigration. In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and processes. Multilingual a plus. (Spanish/Portuguese).
