Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney The candidate will serve in guardianship administration, and collaborate with the Senior Partners. Will delegate to paralegals and other support staff. Must have a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school. Should have an LL.M. degree in taxation. Should have 2+ years of experience in probate and estate planning. Must have experience in probate and trust administration along with related litigation and estate planning. Excellent legal research, and written, and verbal communication skills are essential. Admission and being in good standing with Florida Bar are essential.
