# Paralegal (Entry Level) at De Martini & Yi, LLP De Martini & Yi, LLP, is a boutique law firm specializing in insurance defense litigation. We are currently seeking entry-level paralegals to join our team for an in-office position. ## Job Description Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. The ideal candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong computer proficiency. Candidate must be well-organized, able to manage time efficiently and effectively, and willing to learn and grow. Primary duties will include communicating with clients and opposing counsels, conducting research, drafting discovery, motions, and briefs for attorney review, and supporting attorneys with file organization and maintenance. ## Benefits We offer a congenial work environment. For Full-Time position we offer 401(k) with firm matching after one year. Also, after 3 months, we offer full health benefits which the firm covers up to $600/month (medical, dental, vision, life), as well as paid time off and paid holidays. ## Salary Starting salary is $38K annually.
