Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have five years experience in litigation (defense litigation preferred) as well as: Ability to work well in a fast-paced litigation environment with multiple deadlines. Works well in a team and has excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Word, iManage, Outlook, e-filing in state and federal courts, and good knowledge of Texas rules and litigation procedures. Exceptional knowledge and application of legal software. Capable of handling overall case management, document management systems and calendaring, production and management of heavy discovery, preparation of pleadings and motions, obtain and manage documents and evidence, and trial support in complex litigation matters. Bilingual (English and Spanish)is helpful and should be stated on resume.
