Paralegal Duties: To work along with seasoned Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Attorneys in case development of all types where people have suffered personal injury. Case Management Document and handling. Preparation of Discovery documents including Interrogatories, Demand for production and Subpoenas. Preparation and Filing of Motions. Research oriented and ability to use office support tools available. Gather case evidence and documentation by preparing personal injury files. Contacting medical providers, insurance companies. Qualifications: A desire to help people. Command of proper grammar and dictation necessary for professional encounters with clients, attorneys, physicians and court personnel. Excellent one on one communication skills.
