Associate Attorney - Employment & Business litigation The candidate should have active Membership in the California State Bar is Required. Should have 2 years of litigation experience (please do not apply if less than two years). Experienced with motion practice, and oral arguments; trial practice is a plus. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to interface with clients with diverse backgrounds. Must be a self-starter with superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments at the same time; able to manage own caseload and work independently. Manage projects effectively with a team-oriented approach. Maintain awareness of upcoming deadlines and proactively anticipate and complete necessary tasks. Participate in strategic communications with clients. Report to clients regarding significant developments. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients and prospective clients. Stay up to date on hot topics in the law and contribute to firm blog. Employment experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
