Associate Attorney The candidate will handle duties that include: Represent clients in court; Draft and respond to discovery; Conduct legal research; Prepare motions; Interact with clients. Must have 1-3 years of experience in consumer law. Should have familiarity with Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Song-Beverly and B&P 17200. Strong legal research and writing a must. Prior Deposition, Mediation and Arbitration skills necessary. Must have familiarity with preparation of trial documents and general trial preparation.
