Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will serve in following practice areas: Nursing home abuse/neglect; Wrongful death; Medical malpractice; Personal injury; Products liability. Must have 5+ years experience in drafting and editing pleadings. Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook, most prominently), as well as the legal timekeeping software TABS (or a similar platform such as Abacus). Paralegal certification or equivalent legal experience is preferred.
