Family Law Attorney The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a client's case including communicating with clients; guiding and advising clients; drafting pleadings, motions, agreements, orders, and status updates; overseeing, analyzing, and conducting discovery; legal research; negotiating with opposing counsel; preparing for and attending court hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials, a combination of empathy, experience, and skill. Counsel clients on family legal issues. Represent clients in the courtroom. Negotiate agreements between parties. Conduct research and compile evidence for the case. Interview all those involved in the case. The candidate must have a Current Texas law license; Membership of the Bar in good standing with 3 years of relevant experience, courtroom experience; communication, and organizational skills; a growth mindset, have an ability to relate with people in crisis, and have a good sense of humor; track their time and to bill 30 hours per week. Must be appreciated, and valued, but personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations.
