Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate Should be an experienced bankruptcy paralegal. Must be experienced in all aspects of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Experience with Ch 11 a plus. Will be responsible for meeting with clients, gathering documents necessary to prepare case, prepare and file case using Best Case, assisting client with Trustee requests and through completion of case. Should preferably have 3+ year of PQE.
