Senior Family Law Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Preparing judicial council forms; Drafting pleadings, declarations, briefs, etc.; Strong knowledge of CCP and local rules; Comfortable meeting with clients; Heavy interaction with parties, counsel, courts, support staff, etc.; Manage a heavy caseload and assist multiple attorneys; and The ability to perform standard to complex family law tasks with autonomy and minimal instruction. Must be able to jump in and manage a caseload.
