Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate must have some first chair experience trying jury trial cases to verdict. Should be licensed in Texas for a 3 years. Must be technologically savvy, have exceptional analytical, oral and writing skills and have experience taking/defending depositions and drafting/arguing complex dispositive motions. Must be able to take on an immediate caseload in various stages of litigation and hit the ground running.
