Associate Attorney Duties: Prepare, file, litigate, mediate, and conduct jury trials for auto injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. Develop and maintain rapport with clients. Requirements: 2 - 3 years of litigation and trial experience, preferably in personal injury, to join our dynamic team. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Familiarity with relevant laws as they apply to personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance. Possess a strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Excellent people skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities to meet deadlines. Well organized and detail oriented. Preferred: Personal Injury litigation and trial experience. Prior experience in Insurance Defense.
