Junior to Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience at an Am Law 100-ranked law firm / a comparable cross-border law firm, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. Experience working on general corporate matters, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions is preferred. Florida Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required. Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
