Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently and if not, file the cases and work up to trial. Will handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial. Prepare and respond to motions. Prepare and present witnesses and experts. Plan and execute case strategy. The candidate should have MS Bar membership in good standing. Must have 2 years of personal injury litigation experience or 5 years overall litigation experience. Must also have Trial experience. Strong communication and MS Office Skills needed. Must also have attention to detail and strong organization skills. Experience advising or participating in Moot Court is a plus.
