Senior Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for working with clients and supporting attorneys in the preparation of PERM applications, nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Should have 5 years of experience (particularly with PERM and H-1B visa applications) and comprehensive knowledge of various visa categories and processes. Must have an outstanding attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and be comfortable interacting directly with clients. Impeccable writing/grammar and communication skills required. Must have ability to work well with minimal supervision in a high paced deadline driven environment and ability to edit and proofread to perfection. Must have ability to prioritize cases, manage caseload and other tasks and meet deadlines and goals. Must have extensive experience with form and letter preparation for H-1B applications and other nonimmigrant visa petitions as well asI-140s and Adjustment of Status applications. A Bachelor's degree is required.
