Contract Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide support to attorneys and handle overload case work. Will work on deposition summary, drafting legal documents (subpoenas and discovery responses), reviewing and summarizing medical records and deposition and trial preparation. Medical Malpractice experience is required. Must have good communication and computer skills, and can get along with a small fun group of people. Must have 5+ years of experience, 4-year degree and paralegal certificate is required
