Associate Attorney Candidate will work with prominent trial lawyers at a leading and prestigious medical malpractice defense firm representing hospitals, university medical centers, physicians, nurses, dentists, oral surgeons and other health care professionals in medical and dental liability actions. Responsibilities will include: Court appearances, drafting and arguing motions, attending and conducting depositions, and performing legal and medical research. Candidate must have: JD Degree from an accredited law school, be admitted to the NYS Bar and have 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice. Ability to prioritize and multi-task a diverse caseload and meet deadlines is critical.
