Litigation Paralegal The candidate must be an experienced litigation paralegal with general civil litigation experience. Should have must have a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program. Skills include handling cases from inception up to an through trial, creating chronology of facts, background investigation, social media investigation, preparing discovery responses, reviewing medical records, creating medical chronologies and billing in accordance with client guidelines. Position requires candidates that prefer to work in a team environment and can work under pressure on time-sensitive projects. Technical proficiencies include: Microsoft Office, Excel, Summation, Trial Director, Westlaw, Pacer, FileSite, Accurint. Must have a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program.
