# Estates Paralegal in Hockessin, DE Law firm MacElree Harvey, LTD is looking to hire an experienced Estates Paralegal for their Hockessin, DE office. The successful candidate will be available to assist attorneys in the preparation of estate and trust administration, Orphans Court litigation, and related estate and trust documents. ## Job Description The Estates Paralegal will be responsible for: * Assisting attorneys in the preparation of estate and trust administration * Preparing Orphans Court litigation * Preparing estate, inheritance and income tax returns * Preparing Receipt and Release Agreements and related estate and trust documents required in administration ## Qualifications * At least 5 years of experience as an Estates Paralegal * At least 3 years of experience in a law firm * Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work ## Benefits MacElree Harvey offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package including: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance ## Application Applicants should list their salary requirements when applying. 5 years of Estates Paralegal experience and 3 years of Law Firm experience.
