Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents; attending court appearances; arguing motions; and taking and defending depositions. Must have 2-3 years of litigation experience. Trial experience is preferable. Candidates with substantive experience arguing motions and taking depositions will be considered. Must be licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
