Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for handling foreclosure matters for the firm. Will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of our clients. Duties: Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings. Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures. Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings. Regular client meetings/updates. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Should have Juris Doctorate. Must be a Member in good standing of the MA bar. Rhode Island and New Hampshire a plus. Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone
