Associate Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate will represent clients in depositions and trials. Will handle personal injury matters from start to finish. Negotiate settlements. Perform discovery and engage in motion practice. Should preferably have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Must be able to handle a personal injury claim from start to finish and should be proficient with discovery and motion practice. Law review and/or clerkship strongly preferred. NJ Bar admission required. PA Bar admission a plus. Spanish proficiency is desired.
