Family Law Paralegal The candidate must be experienced family law paralegal. Must have extensive experience and knowledge sufficient to handle Monroe County family law cases from beginning to end with limited attorney supervision. Should preferably have expertise will include taking new client inquiry calls, attending new client appointments, serving as the client's primary source of contact during the case, preparing family law pleadings and papers, drafting and responding to family law motions, interviewing witnesses, and tracking and accurately recording time spent on individual files. Should have sufficient knowledge of family law.
