Paralegal - Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights and Commercial Litigation The candidate will be assisting attorneys in case analysis and investigation for bankruptcy trustees. Preparing motions, affidavits, legal correspondence, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, and other documents. Investigating facts, applicable laws and conducting public records searches. Assisting in preparation for depositions, hearings and trials. E-filing pleadings and other court documents, document intake, review and analysis and maintaining case files and electronic records. The Paralegal will interact regularly with clients, experts, court personnel, and attorneys from other firms. Should preferably have 3+ years of Microsoft Office and 3+ years of Paralegal experience.
