Litigation Trademark Paralegal The ideal candidate should have experience with trademark prosecution (domestic and international) and intellectual property litigation. Experience with USPTO Trademark procedures, docketing platforms such as Foundation IP and Firm Central, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and document review platforms such as Relativity and Ipro, is preferred. Organizational skills and strong attention to detail mandatory. Interest in marketing or experience with marketing / design apps such as Mailchimp or Canva is certainly a plus.
