Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate must have 3rd-party/1st Party experience; excellent writing skills, have experience taking depositions, attending hearings, drafting pleadings and discovery, and can handle a case from inception to a conclusion with 2+ years of experience and knowledge of 3rd Party Insurance litigation is a must; knowledge of 1st party property litigation would be helpful as well; any trial experience is also a plus.
