Part-time Associate Attorney - Family Law Responsibilities: drafting pleadings, memorandums of law and settlement agreements; legal research; meeting with clients for initial client intake and participating in client conferences; drafting discovery requests, organizing and analyzing discovery documents; and appearing for case status calls. Qualifications: A strong interest and prior experience in the area of family law/domestic relations. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Strong writing, research, and oral argument skills are highly desired, as well as the ability to listen to clients.
